This page tracks what becomes of information handed over to Fortify 24x7 here at the storefront, and of whatever the protection turns out once it stands. Written to be read, which means naming what a post collects instead of waving at categories.
Posted on 25 August 2026Red White and Blue Networks is a storefront run by Fortify 24x7. This notice covers two separate things: whatever you hand over while buying, and whatever the protection itself produces once it stands on your ground. Where the page says we, read Fortify 24x7.
None of this page is written to be survivable in a dispute. It is written so an owner can read it once and know what the arrangement is. Anything on the page you want spelled out goes to support@redwhitebluenetworks.com, and a person reads it.
No advertising trackers run on this storefront. Nobody buys a profile of your visit. Three pieces of state exist, and here they are.
rwb_cart, inside the browser you are reading this in. None of it travels off the machine before a checkout begins, and clearing site storage clears it.rwb_portal_session so a second page does not make you start over. Sign out and the token goes.Stripe runs the payment page. Card number, expiry date, and the security code all get typed into Stripe, never into anything belonging to us. Those values are not transmitted here, not shown to our staff, and not stored on our side at all.
Stripe hands back only what an account cannot function without: a name to write to, the business name, which posts you chose, the count against each, the standing of the subscription, and the pair of identifiers Stripe keeps for a customer and for a subscription.
Standing protection over a company means handling what the enrolled systems generate. The shape of that follows whichever districts you stood up.
All of that gets handled on your instruction, to run the thing you bought. We do not quarry it for our own purposes, and nobody is buying it from us. Take that as a fixed position, not something we intend to reopen when the market shifts.
File a report and it becomes a record. Subject, description, whatever the engineer writes back, and any attachment: all of it lands in the service management system the crew is run from. We hold it together because a problem handed to a second engineer with no history behind it is a problem investigated twice.
Nobody builds all of this. Below is every company whose platform holds any of your material on our behalf, each bound by contract, each publishing a notice of its own you are welcome to read.
Outside that list, we release information only when the law forces the issue. Personal information is not sold here, and it does not go to anybody assembling advertising audiences.
Billing and account records: kept for the run of a subscription, then held afterward for as long as tax law and ordinary bookkeeping demand. Security records keep to whatever window the post carries, which its field guide names or which scoping settles. Copies keep to the schedule you chose.
Shutting an account is something we talk through. Say the word and what gets destroyed, along with the date it happens, arrives in writing. How fast copies can be destroyed differs from platform to platform, so what you get back is the answer for your setup rather than something general.
Your state, and sometimes your country, decides what you can demand. The common ones: show me what you hold, correct what is wrong in it, delete it, or stop one particular use of it. Put the request to us and we work it through with you. No fee attaches, and nothing bad follows from having asked.
Sometimes the material belongs to a business we serve and we only process it. An employee should go to their own employer first in that case, and we will support the employer in answering.
An engineer opens a customer environment when the job in front of them calls for it, and not otherwise. Getting into our own systems takes more than a password. Anything done inside a customer tenant leaves a trail somebody can go back and read.
Read it as a note on practice. It is not a pledge that no mistake will ever occur, because no honest operator can offer one, and an operator who does is selling reassurance rather than security.
Change something material here and the posted date up top moves with it. Where a change affects how we treat material we already hold, account holders hear about it by mail instead of having to spot the edit.
Heads up: card statements show FORTIFY 24X7 - Red White and Blue Networks is a Fortify 24x7 brand, and your subscription is billed by Fortify 24x7.
