Refund pages are usually written to be survivable rather than useful. This one sets out the shape of the charge, then lists the cases where money comes back and the cases where it does not, so you can check before you buy instead of afterward.
Posted on 25 August 2026You are charged monthly and up front. Stand down whenever you want and a month already paid runs out to its end. Splitting part months is not something we do, and no year gets held over you that you did not ask for.
If something went genuinely wrong on our side, we would rather put it right than argue about it. The sections below say exactly where that line sits.
Every post is a monthly subscription taken in advance. The first charge falls at checkout and covers the month ahead. Every charge after it falls on the same date of the month that follows, and covers the month coming.
Because a charge always buys a period that has not happened yet, standing down stops the charge after this one rather than reversing the last.
Stop from your station, or tell us and we do it for you. The change lands when the period you paid for ends, so protection carries on until then instead of cutting out the same afternoon.
Nothing renews yearly and no notice window exists to miss. Want it off at once rather than at period end? Say so and we switch it off, though the month still does not get split.
Every post carries vendor licensing that is bought for the month, along with a share of a staffed crew. Both of those are committed the moment the month begins, whatever happens after.
We could bury that by raising the headline rate and calling part months refundable. We would rather publish a lower number and be straight about how it works.
A chargeback locks the account and moves the conversation into two payment processors and a form. Nobody comes out of that ahead, least of all whoever needs the protection running while it gets argued.
Write to support@redwhitebluenetworks.com first. Nearly everything that reaches a bank could have been sorted by one email, and we will say plainly if we think the money is yours.
Counts move from your station or by asking us. Raising one takes effect straight away and Stripe prorates the difference onto the next invoice. Lowering one lands when the period you paid for ends.
If you are unsure what your real count is, ask and we will read it off the platforms. We would rather correct an overcount than quietly keep billing it.
